Join us in Caer Mear as we celebrate the final Sapphire Joust in the Gem Joust cycle. As is traditional, this will be a full weekend of tournaments, arts and sciences, archery, thrown weapons, and many more activities. Cost Notes:  Make your reservations via ACCEPS March 1st - May 1, 2011, or by sending your pre-registration to the reservationist by mail through May 15th. Please save a copy of your ACCEPS receipt and bring it with you when you check-in. NOTE: Pre-registration is highly encouraged. The cost at the door is $15 for adult members, and $20 for
adult non-members, the cost for children is unchanged.

Site:  Tom Scott Park, 8740 Otterburn Road, Amelia, VA 23002 (address is approximate, site has no physical address. Please see Directions) Site opens Friday 3pm, closes Monday 12:00pm.

Site Restrictions:  No pets. Service animals are permitted. The Autocrat reserves the right to have any service animal removed from site who becomes disruptive to other event guests. Fire pits and bowls are permitted. Fire pits must be completely turfed at the conclusion of the event, and fire bowl ashes must be thoroughly saturated before the ashes are dumped along the forest line. Ashes should NOT be left in the middle of camp sites. Alcohol is permitted

Directions:  From East Best route to Route 288. Go West on 360 (towards Amelia). Turn left on Business Route 360 East (Goodies Bridge Rd). There will be an International Truck store on right.
** Turn Right on Otterburn Rd (Rt 614). Go 1/2 mile to stop sign. Go straight (becomes Route 38/Five Forks Road ) for 1/2 mile. Tom Scott Park will be on the right.
From West Best route to 360 East. Turn right on Business Route 360 East (Goodies Bridge Rd). Follow directions from **.
