Baronial Spring Camp

Greetings! This is a multidisciplinary War Camp involving Armored Combat (including Combat Archery), Rapier, Archery, and Arts & Sciences The martial goal is to promote individual and team growth through emphasis on non- Peers in leadership positions. The A&S display is to promote improved camp appearances and function. Day board by the talented Patrionne Murienne is included in the site fee. There is no feast.

FightingArmored Combat (including Combat Archery): Warlord Tourney that will culminate in a variety of melee scenarios limited only by the imagination of Lord Kalfr, our MIC. Rapier and Archery activities are pending as of 19 APR 24.
Arts & Sciences:Display of methods of making camp look more authentic, either to your persona, SCA Period, or both. Includes efforts at making 21st century items look less 21st century. Displays will be bth in the Hall and in Camp. Dame Mor the Merry is the Point of Contact.
Feast:Dayboard provided by Patrionne Murienne is included in site fee, Please direct dietary concerns to her at dragonfly78@gmail.com.
Merchanting:Merchants are welcome! More information forthcoming.
Other:All buildings on site are single floor. There is a single step to access the gazebo. 50% of the porta potties contracted for will be ADA compliant. Building access may be limited during the evening.

Registration Notes:To clarify the fee structure, Gentles day tripping will pay the Day Trip Fee only. Those camping will pay the additional $10. Event Reservation Cancellations and Refunds; Event refunds will be provided as follows: i. Refunds may be requested for the following 1. Site Reservation 2. Camping Reservation Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the start of the event will be refunded once the funds have cleared and may be processed at the Exchequer"s earliest convenience regardless of the profit or loss of the event. No refunds will be given if the event does not make a profit in accordance with Baronial Financial Policy. No refunds will be given to those who have checked in with gate. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than five business days after the close of the event. Exceptions may be made by authorization of the Exchequer in consultation with the Event Steward and the Seneschal. All refunds must be paid by check and shall not be issued until the event receipts have been received and all reservation checks have been deposited. No individual refund may be issued until that reservation check has cleared. All refund requests must contain the following information in order to be honored: 1. Legal name(s) for every person the refund applies to 2. The legal name to make the check out to 3. Mailing address for refund 4. What the refund is for (feast, site, camping, etc.) 5. Additional contact information (preferred, email or phone)

Site Restrictions:All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Fires are permitted in above ground fire containers set on gravel or brick, or in the central firepit on site.
