Tournament of Chivalry
April 15th-17th, 2005
Barony of Windmasters Hill

Once again the young adults of Atlantia are hosting a day of tournaments to celebrate martial prowess and chivalry. The Barony of Windmasters' Hill invites one and all to attend the second Tournament of Chivalry on 16 April 2005, in Apex, NC.

As a highlight of the martial activities, Atlantia's Knights challenge any who would face them on the tournament field in a variety of weapons forms. A field will also be available for those who wish to further hone their skills outside of the tournament. Though no points will be kept during the tournament, Her Majesty, Her Excellency Windmasters' Hill, and Their Ladies will be casting watchful eyes upon the field, and taking particular interest in chivalric acts. Prizes will be awarded for valor and prowess. Other martial activities will include Rapier, Target Archery, and Youth Combat.

All gentles are encouraged to display their talents in the Arts and Sciences competitions, documentation requested. There will be separate competitions for adults and youth. Arts and Sciences competitions will include: Field Presence (by individuals and/or households), Heraldic Art (art which has heraldic elements), and Poetry with the theme of Chivalry. For those whose strengths are found in the Bardic Arts as well, there will be a Bardic competition (with the theme of Chivalry) for gentles of all ages.

Saturday evening will boast a feast crafted by Lord William McFadyzean and his mentor, Master Oshi.

The site is Optimist Farm, 2900 Optimist Farm Rd, Apex, NC. The site will open at 5pm Friday, 15 April, and close at 12noon on Sunday, 17 April. The site is wet.
