Beltane XXIV
April 22nd-24th, 2005
Shire of Berley Cort

Spring is here, and it is time to come to the country for a weekend of fresh air, friendship, fine food, classes, as well as wonderful stories and song.

Site: Hancock Farm, 14583 Cottage Hill Road, Sedley, VA 23878

This is a very primitive site, so be sure to bring what you need to be comfortable in the woods. Items such as water, medications, a chair, feast gear, tent, hand-wipes, and insect repellant are all very important.

The site opens at 5pm on Friday, April 22nd, and closes at noon on Sunday, April 24th.
Alcohol is permitted, but no original containers, please. No Pets.

We have planned two classes for you in the Arts - Macrame and Wire Weaving - or Knitting, as it is also called.

A simple mid-day meal will be provided, as will one of Lady Daegin's Fabulous Feasts later on.

Following Feast there will be our traditional Bardic; a time for music, poetry, story, and song around the campfire.

Member fees: $10 for adults for the weekend, $7 for children 6-12 and for daytrippers; Non Member fees: $13 for adults for the weekend, $7 for children 6-12 and $10 for adult daytrippers; Children 6-12 are $7; Children under 6 are guests of the Shire.

Price of lunch and feast is included in the above fees.

The Aurocrat is Lady Anne Davis Harwood, mka Patti Watkinson, and you may contact her for any other information at berleyctof@mindspring.com or 757-562-3646 NLT 10pm please!
