It's autumn, and once again time for Isenfir's almost-annual Games Tourney -- bigger, better, with pastimes for everyone. Match wits with other gamesters intent upon winning fame (fleeting) and prizes (magnificent), or indulge in the vigor of a well-wagered-upon rapier tournament. And, yes, there will be something for our heavy fighters, as well. Race in the palio, and bet on all of it. Then feast in the evening and, this being Isenfir, dance the night away.

Indoor activities: Take part in either a mixed games tournament or a chess tournament, with the champions receiving prizes worthy of their victories, while enjoying the warmth of the hall and the entertainment of jongleurs, jugglers, and dancers. For the less competitive, there will be myriad games available (or bring your favorites) and plenty of game lovers to share them with. There will also be gambling tables of the infamous Red Mountain Inn set up, for those seeking to expand their fortunes.
Outdoor activities: A rapier tournament, dog ball or other heavy weapons games, palio races, and a plethora of other games (adult and children) to bring those forth who would enjoy the brisk breath of autumn. Come forth, wager your coin, try your mettle.
Lunch: There will be a satisfying mid-day meal to renew your strength for the gaming board or the fighting ring. Note that there is only one fast food restaurant nearby (Dairy Queen).
Feast and Dance: Feast by Lord Toby of Isenfir who has consulted long with the maestro di ballo, Fillippo da Cremora, to plan an evening to coax the appetite from the gamer and quell the hunger of those who braved the cold. Contact Lord Toby at trcobb@myrealbox.com with dietary concerns.
